Whistleblower Window

Whistleblower window is a communication tool between CMA and the reporting person who reported any information or violation or illegal activity or unethical act which would cause damage to shareholders or the company or the public in general. It is preferred the reporting person attach all available documents supporting the report.

Terms and conditions

  1. The complaint should be related to an entity under control by CMA.
  2. The reported person should agree to provide any additional information that may CMA would request to process the investigation.
  3. CMA will not investigate the complaints against entity other than under its control.
  4. CMA is not required to investigate the anonymous complaint or reports.
  5. CMA is not required to update the reported person with process of investigation.
  6. The reported person should keep all the information introduced confidential.
  7. CMA will deal with the information provided in strictly confidential way.
  8. CMA can dismiss the complaint or report in the following cases:
    • CMA investigated it already.
    • Not include actual facts and evidences
    • The cases that seems immaterial.
    • For any other reasons.
