Omanization Based on Tamkeen.
CMA endeavors to make Omanization ratio consistent with the wise Government’s instructions and plans relating to the national carders’ empowering policy “Tamkeen” in light of CMA’s belief that the role of the sector can only be achieved through qualified human resources in general and national cadres in particular.
1. Qualified national cadres to achieve Tamkeen policy and to lead the sector.
2. Creating attractive environment to attract qualified national cadres in view of the competition in the labor market.
3. Contributing to building national expertise specialized in the sector through retention of national cadres and avoiding skills drain.
4. Ensuring the quality of the national manpower attracted by the sector through creation of competent human resources departments.
5. Ensuring implementation of training plans for national cadres whether prepared by the company or joint plans between CMA and the companies through competent human resources managers.
