Memorandums Of Understanding (MOU)

CMA works towards developing close bonds with regulatory authorities and other counterparties, and actively pursues the conclusion of Memorandum of Understandings.


CMA has concluded a number of Bilateral Memorandum aiming at mutual cooperation in the fields of:

  • Exchange of technical information and legislations pertaining to capital markets or the insurance sector.
  • Mutual cooperation between the two organizations in the field of regulation for better protection of investors or policy holders.
  • Exchange of views and cooperation in training and exchange or expertise.
  • Management of cross-border investment, and innovation of products and financial activities in the field of investment management.
